Aims and scope
The Journal of Agricultural, Food Science & Biotechnology (JAFSB) is a peer-reviewed, open access international journal inviting original research, review, short reports and commentaries focusing on research in agriculture, food science and biotechnology. The journal provides a platform for research papers addressing agricultural production, technology, management and new breeding techniques.
The JAFSB also covers a wide range of topics involving the chemical and sensory analysis of food, food additives and contaminants, food safety, microbiology and biotechnology, nutritional and physiological aspects of food. Artificial intelligence (AI), theoretical, bioinformatics and in-silico (computational or simulation) approaches in the agricultural and food sciences are also encouraged.
The journal operates a double-blind peer review policy. Every article will be freely and indefinitely accessible online. Articles are published as soon as possible after acceptance and in 3 issues of a volume per year.
